OUR TERMS - IN SHORT

  1. Order before the cut off times which are stated above, for next day delivery service
  2. Hamper Me DOES NOT DELIVER any where in Australia ON WEEKENDS or PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
  3. Our delivery service works business day to busines day. (Orders received on Friday before the cut off time are despatched Friday for scheduled delivery Monday. Orders received on the weekend are dispatched on Monday for scheduled delivery on Tuesday). All orders are dispatched from Brisbane by courier on an overnight express service for delivery between 9am-5.30pm next business day.
  4. If your recipient lives outside of a built up area or main town, delivery may take longer & the cost may be different to the prices quoted above. You will be contacted if this is the case.
  5. There are no timed deliveres Australia wide.
  6. Hamper Me is not responsible for the delivery of your gift once it leaves our premisis.
  7. Hamper Me is an Australian based gift service and does not deliver outside of Australia.

ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Any reference to "next business day delivery service" and "same business day delivery service" applys to CBD & Metropolitan areas throughout Australia, from Monday-Friday, to orders received which meet our deadlines above, and is exempt during public holidays, weekends & our peek season such as Christmas as deliveries take longer at this time of year.
  • If you are sending your gift to anwhere outside of a Metropolitan area, and the town is not in a bulit up area, or is a country or rual town, a township off Mainland or a regional area, your gift will take longer to arrive (anywhere up to 3-4 business days & sometimes more during peek times).
  • Any reference to Brisbane delivery fees do not include areas outside of the Brisbane regions such as Gold & Sunshine Coasts & Toowoomba and some Brisbane suburbs may fall into Australia wide category due to limited service areas.
  • There are no timed deliveries Australia wide.
  • All gifts must be signed for by someone at the receiving end. If you cannot arrange this, an authority to leave sticker will be attached to your gift, and your gift left unatended at the recipient's address. If you do not wish to have your gift left unattended, please supply an alternate day time address where your recipient will be able to sign for their gift (this is not an additional shipping option after your first choice address.) If there is no place safe to leave the gift at your recipient's address, and no alternate day time delivery address, you may have your gift delivered to any Australian Post PO Box (this is not an additional shipping option after your first choice address). Re-delivery is only available upon request and further fees are aplicable.
  • Hamper Me is not responsible for making arrangements for your recipient to be home at time of delivery, and even though we request contact phone numbers for the recipient, the courier, or Hamper Me will not phone the recipient to pre-arrange an agreed delivery time.
  • Please ensure all address details are up to date and correct & the receipient's landline and or mobile phone number is supplied. Incorrectly addressed items which require re-direction will incur a further fee. Any gift which is required to be stopped in transit and returned to Hamper Me for any reason will incur further delivery & admin fees.
  • Hamper Me advises although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. We cannot 100% guarantee any delivery according to the quoted delivery schedule, and cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and traffic conditions, theft or damage, or delays by our courier contractors. Sometimes gifts may be delayed and delivered later than pre-determined time. These circumstances are out of our control and we do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and failure to deliver on time is not a valid reason for refund or for cancellation of an order.

ABOUT OUR AUSTRALIA WIDE NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY

Hamper Me delivers gifts Australia Wide through the services of Australian Air Express. All gifts ordered for this delivery service are safely packaged into a cardboard outer and delivered by Australian Air Express courier drivers who are contracted for their service. Days we deliver for this service are Monday-Friday during business hours only. No weekend deliveries are available for this service. Our delivery service works business day to business day. Orders received on the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday. All orders are dispatched from Brisbane by courier overnight to Metropolitan areas throughout Australia. For deliveries to the following regions please allow up to 3 or 4 business days extra (sometimes more duing peek times):
All Regional areas, Remote areas (eg rural properties), Northern Territory & Tasmania, Nth Qld during wet season.

ABOUT OUR NEXT BUSINESS DAY BRISBANE DELIVERY SERVICE

All gifts ordered for this delivery service are safely packaged into a cardboard outer and delivered by couriers Courier's Please or Fastway. All orders for this service must be placed by 1.00pm the day prior to delivery. Days we deliver for this service are Monday-Friday during business hours only. No weekend deliveries are available for this service. Our delivery service works business day to business day. Orders received on the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday. Please note that there are certain regions within Brisbane that are not on a daily delivery schedule and may take an extra day for delivery, and the courier fee will be greater than $12. These are usually outer Brisbane regions, or regions located in a rural type area. This service does not extend to Toowoomba, Gold or Sunshine Coasts - the fee for these areas are greater than $12.

SAME DAY DELIVERY - BRISBANE

Hamper Me does offer same day delivery in Brisbane only. Restrictions do apply. Please phone us on 07 3374 2095 to enquire regarding delivery schedules. This service does not include Gold or Sunshine Coasts, Toowoomba and excludes some limited service areas in Brisbane. Hamper Me cannot 100% guarantee same day service, unless booking with a premium delivery courier, and will not be held liable if delivery takes more than one working day.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES

Specific dates that you would like the gift to be delivered can mostly be accommodated, however please choose appropriate freight option and delivery. We try to deliver your gift on the day you request however sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. We rely on our couriers to provide prompt delivery however in some circumstances delays may occur. Failure to delivery on a preferred delivery date is not a valid reason for refund or cancellation of an order.

All bulk orders for corporate or private individuals are required to contact Hamper Me by phone on 07 3374 2095 or email to and ask for a quote on delivery fees. Order quantities of 10+ require a production time of at least 7-10 working days. All bulk orders require a deposit on confirmation of order. DELIVERY CONCERNS

Should you be concerned that your gift has not arrived at the scheduled delivery time, please contact us & we will make every effort to track your gift. Once a gift leaves our office it is in the hands of our couriers, and sometimes delays in delivery occur. RETURNS OR REFUNDS & REFUND DISCLAIMER:

Hamper Me is more than happy to cancel any order placed and issue a full refund with 48 hours notice prior to delivery.

  • Refunds or cancelations of orders are at the owner's discretion and you must have a valid reason - Hamper Me will not refund if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
  • In the unlikely event that you feel we have not provided a service, or that you feel that there are discrepancies in your order in any way, we will investigate the circumstance and a refund may be issued duly.
  • Hamper Me advises although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. We cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and traffic conditions, delays by our couriers, theft or damage. Sometimes your gift may be delayed and delivered later than pre-determined time. These circumstances are out of our control and we do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and failure to deliver on time is not a valid reason for refund of delivery or for cancellation of an order.
  • Hamper Me advises that we will not honour our refund policy and issue any refunds under any circumstance if more than 30 days have lapsed since the date the order was placed.
  • Hamper Me does our utmost to prevent breakages in transit by safely wrapping glass items in bubble wrap where possible and ensuring goods are safely packaged within each carton. Should your gift be damaged in transit please notify us and return your gift to Hamper Me immediately for inspection. Your gift may be covered by insurance and may be replaced at no cost.
  • Hamper Me will not replace or refund any perishable items if you arrange for Hamper Me to ship your gift outside of the Brisbane metropolitan area.
