10 Easy steps on how to place an online order:

  1. Always slowly & calmly READ & proceed through the checkout....this ensures you won't miss any important questions.
  2. Read and understand all delivery info, terms & conditions on our shipping page.
  3. Select the item you wish to order and add item to shopping cart.
  4. If you are new, you will have to register. Please enter all of your billing info (not the receiver) into the registration form.
  5. If you have used us before simply log on using your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the link which reads "forgot your password?". You will be prompted what to do to retrieve your password.
  6. Once you have registered your personal info into the registration form click the "submit" button which can be located when you scroll to the bottom of the page.
  7. To enter recipient's address, please click the "change address button" located at the top of the page next to your billing address.
  8. Continue down to select the correct delivery option. If you are unsure of the correct fee please refer to the shipping page.
  9. Scroll down this page to the comments box. In this box please supply us with your gift card message, the phone number of the recipient and your preferred delivery date (we don't ship on weekends!).
  10. Continue to step 2, to enter your credit card info.

Tips for online ordering:

  • Always let us know the gift card message, your recipient details and preferred delivery date (these are added to the comments box).
  • If you are unsure of anything you can always phone! (07) 39011420 Mon-Friday 9am-3pm
  • Make sure you arrange for the person receiving their gift to be home, or that the gift can be left unatended. If you don't know please provided a day time shipping address such as work.
  • It is best never to send anything to a unit, apartment, or secure estate with gated access
  • Brisbane Next Day delivery does not inlcude Toowoomba, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast regions

How do I purchase from you and how do I pay?

You can order in four ways:

  1. Phone or fax: (07) 3901 1420 and supplying us with your credit card information.
  2. Cheque or money order: Please order at least 10 days in advance if you are paying by either method
  3. Direct Deposit: Please forward all enquiries to us by phone or email and order 3 days in advance if you are paying by direct deposit to allow time for processing. We can arrange for invoicing for organisations that have set up an account with us. Our Banking details are available for electronic transfers upon enquires.
  4. By using our easy online-shopping cart with secure digital certificate. Our shopping cart only accepts Mastercard & Visacard. Our shopping cart does not accept AMEX or Diners Card.

Is your website safe to process my credit card, and what type of credit card does your website accept?

Yes, definately! You will notice that the padlock icon secure is displayed on your desktop. This means that you are viewing a secure webpage, and you can safely process your information as it is emailed to us through an encrypted digital certificate. If this icon does not appear, there may be a problem, and it is unwise to proceed. Once we have received your order, we check your details and process payment against the credit card information you have supplied us with. Our digital certificate is stored on a reputable server which is ackowleged by the Australian government.

After we receive your email, we manually process your credit card payment via our internet gateway access with St George bank. We accept Visa & MasterCard. We also accept AMEX however there will be a 3.03% processing fee added to your total order. Sorry, we do not accept Diners Card.

How does my gift get there?

Unlike other gift hamper companies Hamper Me offers Next Business day deliveries Autralia wide!  We also offer same business day deliveries through our exclusive Premium Delivery Service.    For full details, and delivery terms & conditions, please read our shipping information page.

Do you offer same day service & Australia wide delivery?
Hamper Me delivers twice daily to Brisbane offering same day service.  We deliver daily to Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba & Ipswich, however our coastal deliveries are not guaranteed to be same day service.  We are a Brisbane based gift giving service and we are located in Wynnum, Queensland, Australia.  We distribute gifts Australia wide via Courier's Please, Fastways, Australian Air Express & Australia Post.  We can sometimes offer same day service to other capital cities in Australia through the services of our affiliates, however, your gift will most likely not be the same as the gifts featured here on our website, however as similar as possible. What are my delivery choices?

  1. In Brisbane we have a Premium Delivery Service where just like flowers, your gift is transported in an air-conditioned vehicle and handled by trained, friendly & professional personnel. All deliveries for this service can be quoted upon request by phoning or our office on 07 3901 1420.
  2. Next Business Day Delviery Brisbane - Your gift is safely packaged in a cardboard outer and delivered through the services of Courier's Please.
  3. Next Business Day Delivery Australia Wide - We use the services of Australian Air Express, Courier's Please & Fastways delivery services throughout Queensland, NSW, N.T, W.A, S.A. Tasmania & Victoria and offer Next Business day delivery to all Metropolitan areas. For full details, and delivery terms & conditions, please read ourfo shipping inrmation page.

How do you make sure the gift is delivered to the right person?

When you proceed to our online checkout, you will be prompted to enter the correct delivery infomation for your recipient in the Comments Box. When your order is dispatched we use clear address labels with all information you provide to us to ensure your gift can be delivered expediently. At the time of delivery, our courier obtains the signature of the person receiving the gift. If no one is home to receive your gift, with your permission the gift can be left in a safe place on the property of your recipient. If you prefer the gift not to be left unattended, a calling card will be placed in the letterbox (at an additional fee) for your recipient to phone our driver and arrange a more convenient time for delivery. Should there be no safe place to leave a gift unattended, you may have your gift shipped to any PO Box with Australia Post. Also, please note that hampers with alcohol will need to be received by someone over 18. If there is no place safe to leave the gift at your recipient's address we express that you may have your gift delivered to any Australian Post PO Box. (this is not an additional shipping option after first choice address). Please note that it is up to you to ensure all details you provide us are up to date and correct - it's a good idea to first check with your recipent that they have not moved since you last spoke to them. If you also provide us with phone numbers for your recipient both mobile and land line, it is more likely that we will be able to contact them should we need to. For full details, and delivery terms & conditions, please read our shipping information page.

Yes! We always personally try all our products before we market them. We regularly seek out the very best products, and continually update our range with fresh ideas. We only carry small volumes of stock on hand to ensure our products are rotated on a regular basis. We support our local industry by offering quality Australian made and owned gourmet & gift lines. We stock high quality brands such as Lindt, Guylian, Bollinger, Moet, Ogilvie Fine Foods, Wild Bath Body and Home products, The Random Harvest Cook and Three Hats Imaginative Food Merchants to mention a few. If there is a particular product that you like, we love getting feedback so we make sure we keep that product in stock. Before your gift is sent, we quality check every product and hamper to make sure everything is in premium condition. And if we are out of stock, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value – so you can be sure you always get great value for your money.

What if I want something tailor made?

Certainly! Over 50% of our gifts are designed to meet individual needs & budgets and are tailor made. We have designed our hampers to be very flexible, so they can suit any budget or requirements, however if you have any additional ideas we can create something special for you, simply contact us and we can discuss your requirements.

Will my details be kept private?

Absolutely! Hamper Me respects your privacy and we will not provide your details to any other third party, under any circumstances, unless the law has been broken by use of fraudlulant credit card or cheque. We ensure that any information you provide to us is kept secure and confidential and take this obligation seriously.

What if my gift arrived damaged?

Hamper Me rarely receives complaint from a client that their gift arrived damaged. After many years of being in service, we have been able to source & employ the services of the best delivery people available.

Although all efforts are made to ensure your gift is safely packaged inside a quality cardboard outer, & fragile stickers & tape are placed on the outer carton, sometimes it is possible that damages can occur due to the handling of goods in transit. There is no insurance on any item shipped. Insurance against breakages is a further fee of up to $40.00 per consignment. Any goods shipped are not covered and therefore breakages in transit are not a valid reason for replacement or refund.

Hamper Me does our utmost to prevent breakages in transit by safely wrapping glass items in bubble wrap where possible and ensuring goods are safely packaged within each carton. Depending on the circumstances, Hamper Me may replace damaged goods upon return of the original gift, if the circumstances in which your gift was damaged is applicable to terms & conditions of our freight consignor.

What if I am unhappy with your product or service?

Please let us know immediately if there is a problem with either your gift purchase or our service! We like to do our best to deliver fantastic service, offer competitive prices and provide the best quality products, so if there are ever any problems, please let us know so we can resolve the matter to your satisfaction. We see this as an opportunity to make it up to you. We have an extensive quality checking system, and do everything we can to ensure goods are always delivered in the best condition. However, if the gift is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please notify Hamper Me immediately and return the gift within 48 hrs for a full refund.

What if my gift was not delivered at the time I requested?

Should you be concerned that your gift has not arrived by the date you requested or the scheduled delivery date advised, please contact us & we will make every effort to track your gift. Incorrectly addressed items which require re-direction incur a fee of $13.00.

What if I change my mind?

If you contact us 48 hours prior to the dispatch of your gift, we are happy to provide a refund, make alterations or exchange your order. Please read our refund policy:

DISCLAIMER: Hamper Me is more than happy to cancel any order placed and issue a full refund with 48hours notice prior to delivery. Refunds or cancelations of orders are at the owner's discretion and you must have a valid reason - Hamper Me will not refund if you simply change your mind about your purchase. In the unlikely event that you feel we have not provided a service, or that you feel that there are discrepancies in your order in any way, we will investigate the circumstance and a refund will be issued duly. Hamper Me advises that we will not honour our refund policy and issue any refunds under any circumstance if more than 30 days have lapsed since the date the order was placed.

All gifts shipped must be signed for by someone at the receiving end. If there is no one to collect the goods then you must give authority to leave. Unless you personally arrange someone be present so that goods can be signed for upon receipt, an authority to leave sticker will be attached to all gift hampers. Any gift which is required to be stopped in transit and returned to Hamper Me for any reason, will incur further delivery fee and this will be charged to you in a further invoice.

Hamper Me has chosen our carriers for their time & cost efficiency. Hamper Me advises although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. We cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and traffic conditions, theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time. Although Australian Air Express offers overnight delivery to most metropolitan areas sometimes your gift may be delayed and delivered later than pre-determined time. These circumstances are out of our control. Any delays causing your gift to not be delivered on schedule is not an applicable reason for refund of your gift or delivery. We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable.

All prices are kept as up to date as possible. Sometimes in the event of petrol price increases and changes to rates of Courier Services, there may be an increase in price without our prior knowledge - in the event that we are informed of a price increase, further costs for freight will be charged to you at a later date outside of your original quote. Ordering from overseas

Hamper Me has many clients outside of Australia who frequently order for their Aussie friends or family. Simply order online and your payment is processed automatically through our shopping cart which takes into consideration differences in currency. Remember to allow enough time for Hamper Me to deliver your gift, or make arrangements through our affiliates, if the person you are sending to is outside of Brisbane. Sending gifts overseas

Hamper Me currently has only a UK affiliate and can arrange you a gift to be sent to many cities in Europe, with at least 3 days notice (more time is required at Christmas). However, should you have a gift you would like to ship to someone internationally in other countries, please enquire. We are always happy to help.

Do you have any discounts?

If you are a frequent shopper at Hamper Me you can join our Loyalty Club to receive 5% discount on our regular hamper range (excluding delivery costs where applicable and items which have already been discounted). Please enquire for conditions of membership. We also have a Corporate discount club for frequent purchases; enquire if your business may be applicable for this discount. We are sometimes able to provide discounts on bulk purchases, so please ask us if any discounts are available.
